Shipping (National/worldwide)
Worldwide shipping is no problem at all. Shipping prices may vary depending on location and will be fully updated soon.

Please note: Production takes 7 to 10 days. Shipping will proceed after production.

Deliveries can take up to 21* working days in the UK and abroad after receiving payment. Shipping depends on stock and availability. As an ever growing store we're working with a small stock to reduce unforeseen costs. We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience.

*21 working days during busy periods, 15 during regular periods.

Each order has a UK & worldwide shipping setting, please ask about combined shipping. A change of address after orders have been sent is not possible. 

All items are shipped by Royal Mail - with NO tracking unless specifically requested (extra fees may apply).  

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all payments possible through PayPal. 

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Items Ship Separately
ALL limited edition items ship from a separate location.

How do I know what my chest measurement is?
To find your chest measurement use a tape measure - place the tape around your chest, just under your arms, the measurement all the way around is your chest measurement. Add an inch or two for a loose fit. Our size guide is as follows:

Please bear in mind that we have tried to make this as accurate as possible but essentially this is, as stated, only a guide as shirts may vary slightly from time to time.

Print & Mockups
All product images are mockups. The final print will slightly differ in color. Please take this into account when ordering your merchandise.

Some white marks may appear on the garment. This is due to the sublimation process while printing. This is not a reason to refund a purchased item. 

Washing directions
Washing items by hand in lukewarm water is highly recommend. It's also recommended to hang dry your items after washing. 

Please note: do not tumble dry your items. Damaged items as a result of tumble drying will not be taken back or refunded. 

Production
Please allow up to 14 normal working days for shipping time within the UK ( 2-5 weeks at busy periods ), longer the rest of the world. NO items will be replaced till after 31 days ( due to postal delays & other delays we are unaware of ) - every item is printed in a production queue - 7/10 working days - then shipped 1st class UK or Air Mail rest of the world. 

Out of office

From the 20th of December to the 5th of January orders will be taken, but no production or shipping will take place. Orders placed during this period will be processed from the 6th of January onwards. 

Replacement & Refunds...

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt. 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

Please note: 
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

IMPORTANT: Simply not liking a design is not a valid reason to request a refund. 

A £5 fee will be charged for replacing a wrong size item.
